Since I was a child, I’ve always had a heart’s desire to be a leader for God. I knew that I would never be satisfied unless my life was used to help others live their best life.  I’ve always believed that if a church could remove all the incumbrances to people experiencing Jesus, then a church could truly change the world. I promised God that if He would entrust me to lead a church, I would lead it the way He leads. 

That’s exactly what I’ve tried to do since beginning my Pastoral Journey at Central in April of 2013. It has been nothing but pure joy to watch our church grow and flourish into a place of transformative multi-generational, family ministry. I never imagine that just by simply allowing the overflow of my own walk with God to spill out in the pulpit through preaching that’s biblical, practical, and personal, that so many lives would be touched. 

It’s been my honor to lead such a sacrificial and selfless people, beginning with my own family. My wife Byonca, whom I’ve dated since July 19, 2004, and married in March of 2010, along with my children Zoey and Robert II, are right there in the work with me. The greatest accomplishments of my life are, sustaining a personal walk with God, leading my family, and serving as the Lead Servant of Central.   

The most dominant conviction in my soul is that the greatest honor of life is to do something for someone else in the name of a God who has done everything for you.
